The peripheral edges are raised to improve protection from drops and screen damage.

Our personalization is done individually on each item which is unique and therefore may have slight imperfections.

To keep your item clean use a damp cloth and keep it away from chemicals, perfumes and oils as contact with these materials and/or excessive rubbing against other surfaces may cause your product to be damaged or affect the color of the personalisation.

We offer worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. Shipments are fully trackable, from our door to yours. Due to overwhelming demand we are experiencing delays with our print-to-order cases. This may mean that it could take up to 15 days for your order to be delivered to you. We’re so sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping as there are a lot of factors affecting its speed and thus, we would suggest Express Shipping if there were a date that you would like to meet.

Our delivery times with standard shipping may vary. For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination location. These delivery times are estimated, and you will always find applicable delivery times in the checkout once placing the order. Once your package has been shipped and you have received the shipping confirmation email.

ATTENTION: The above-mentioned times are estimated by the postal service and do not include the processing time of Customs at the destination location. In some cases, the local Customs office of your destination location may require additional documents and time to authorize your package, which may cause further delays in delivery. Some postal services will deliver your item to your door, porch and/or mailbox. Coverlab will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if your parcel is left at an unattended address. There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in some cities/areas/countries, though this is rare.
